众所周知,盘形凸轮廓线曲率半径的计算是设计凸轮时不可缺少的步骤。尽管如此,在一般的机械原理教材中均未作详细介绍。本文提出了一种盘形凸轮廓线曲率半径计算公式的简便推导方法,比国外已有文献(略)中的方法更为简便而易懂,而且对常用的四种盘形凸轮,都推导出了最后计算公式,可直接应用。
It is well known that the calculation of the radius of curvature of a disk cam profile is an indispensable step in the design of a cam. In spite of this, it is not described in detail in the general teaching of mechanics. In this paper, a simple derivation method for calculating the radius of curvature of disk cam profile is proposed, which is more simple and easy to understand than the method in the foreign literature (omitted), and deduced for the commonly used four disk cam The final formula can be applied directly.
