挂车单管路充气制动的结构,其基本特点是在牵引车上改用一个双管路的制动控制阀(见图1)。控制阀有主、副两个气阀。当制动时,可同时控制牵引车和挂车的制动气器。因此,可以很方便地将两个气路分别联接牵引车和挂车的制动气室。所采用的双管路制动控制阀,是在一个壳体中设有两个互不联通的两个工作都分。所以,即使是摘掉挂车也不致影响牵引车的制动效能。单管路充气制动与单管路断气制动相比较,虽然无挂车脱挂时自动制动的特点,但它却具有结构简单、反应灵敏、调整方便等优点,并解决了单管路断气制动山于制动时差而造成的牵引车后轮制动反应过敏,蹄片摩擦过多而发生高温,或因挂车车轮制动消失缓慢而发生
Trailer single-pipe inflatable brake structure, the basic feature is the tractor to switch to a dual-pipe brake control valve (see Figure 1). Control valve has the main, vice two valve. When braking, the tractor and trailer brakes can be controlled simultaneously.
