目的 观察参附注射液 (GMPS)治疗冠心病不稳定性心绞痛的疗效 .方法 采用 GMPS随机对 30例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者 2 wk治疗 ,另设 30例冠心病不稳定性心绞痛患者为对照组 .对治疗前后患者甲襞微循环等指标进行测定 ,并观察症状及生命体征 .结果 与对照组相比 ,GMPS能更明显地增加不稳定性心绞痛患者甲襞微循环的管襻密度[(7.0± 1.1)条· mm- 2 vs (6 .0± 1.0 )条· mm- 2 ,P<0 .0 1]、管襻直径 [输入枝 (4 .5± 0 .6 ) μm vs(3.8± 0 .5 ) μm,输出枝 (6 .8± 0 .8)μm vs (5 .9± 0 .7)μm,P<0 .0 1]、管襻长度[(2 36± 5 1) μm vs(16 2± 6 2 ) μm,P<0 .0 1]和血流速度[(10 10± 2 2 1)μm· s- 1 vs (789± 195 )μm· s- 1 ,P<0 .0 1],减少交错 [(1.6± 0 .6 )条· m m- 2 vs(2 .0± 0 .4)条· mm- 2 ,P<0 .0 1]和畸形 [(0 .3± 0 .1)条· mm- 2 vs (0 .5± 0 .1)条·mm- 2 ,P<0 .0 1]的管襻数 ,更明显改善红细胞的聚集性 (治疗后轻度及正常为 16 / 30 vs8/ 30 ,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论 GMPS可能通过改善患者的微循环而起到对不稳定性心绞痛的治疗作用
Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenfu injection (GMPS) on unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris were treated with GMPS at random for 2 weeks and another 30 patients with unstable angina pectoris Group before and after treatment of patients with nailfold microcirculation and other indicators were measured and observed the symptoms and vital signs.Results Compared with the control group, GMPS can significantly increase the tube loop density of patients with unstable angina pectoris [ 7.0 ± 1.1) · mm-2 vs (6.0 ± 1.0) mm · 2, P <0.01, diameter of tube [(3.5 ± 0.6) μm vs (3.8 ± 0.05) μm, the output branch (6 .8 ± 0 .8) μm vs (5.9 ± 0.7 μm, P <0.01) (10 2 ± 2 2 1) μm · s -1 vs (789 ± 195) μm · s -1, P < 0 .0 1], reducing the number of interlaces [(1.6 ± 0.6) · m m-2 vs (2.0 ± 0.4) mm · 2, P <0.01] and deformity .3 ± 0 .1) · mm-2 vs (0 .5 ± 0 .1) · mm-2, P <0.01], which significantly improved the erythrocyte aggregation (after treatment Mild and normal 16/30 vs8 / 30, P <0.05) .Conclusion GMPS may play a role in the treatment of unstable angina by improving microcirculation of patients
