本文叙述了旋喷注浆技术的工艺、方法和使用范围,对其单管、二重管和三重管三种施工法使用的设备、参数及注浆效果进行了详细比较,列举了旋喷注浆技术在矿山井巷、铁路隧道、桥梁和房屋建设中加固松软土层、防止基础下沉的实例。此外,文中对旋喷注浆的成桩机理、桩体直径、喷射压力、喷嘴结构及其旋转和提升速度等理论和技术问题进行了分析,最后提出了现行旋喷注浆技术的缺点、存在问题和改进意见。
This paper describes the process, method and scope of application of the rotary jet grouting technology. The equipment, parameters and grouting effects used in the three construction methods of single pipe, double pipe and triple pipe are compared in detail and the rotary jet injection is listed. Slurry technology reinforces soft soil in the construction of mine shafts and tunnels, railway tunnels, bridges and houses, and prevents foundation sinking. In addition, this paper analyzes the theoretical and technical problems of the mechanism of pile formation, the diameter of the pile, the injection pressure, the nozzle structure and its rotation and lifting speed, etc. Finally, the shortcomings of the existing rotary jet grouting technology are presented. Questions and suggestions for improvement.
