农田水利建设对防治农业灾害尤其是水旱灾具有重要作用。利用近27年的大中小型水库库容以及降水量对水旱灾成灾面积的影响进行了定量分析,结果显示,大型水库库容对水灾成灾面积的影响最显著,中小型水库库容对旱灾成灾面积的影响最显著,降水量则对水旱灾成灾面积的影响都显著。在此基础上,文章提出了相应的对策建议。
Farmland water conservancy construction plays an important role in preventing and controlling agricultural disasters, especially floods and droughts. Based on the quantitative analysis of the impacts of flood and droughts during the past 27 years on the storage capacity of large, small and medium sized reservoirs and precipitation, the results show that the impact of large-scale reservoir on flood-affected areas is the most significant. The most significant impact on the area, while the impact of precipitation on the affected area of floods and droughts are significant. On this basis, the article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
