在顶底副吹的转炉冶炼过程中,顶吹的氧气流量和氧枪离钢液面的高度,影响到化学反应过程,从而影响到钢水的质量。氧枪离钢液面的高度,需要氧枪的精确定位,控制在有效的偏差范围内(一般为2 cm),才能较好地控制化学反应过程。目前,氧枪的传动控制多采用矢量控制的变频器。利用矢量控制变频器具有调速范围宽、输出力矩大的优点,控制氧枪运行速度,当氧枪接近目标位置时,速度逐渐降低,氧枪运行速度呈曲线变化,到达目标位置时速度为0,且变频器停止,从而达到氧枪枪位定位精度高的目的。在宝钢集团梅钢二期的氧枪定位控制中,采用氧枪速度曲线控制,氧枪定位精度在2 cm内。此控制方法,可以在相同控制系统中推广。
