多角度的评价是一种全方位的评价方法,体现了发展性评价的理念。应用全方位、多角度的评价,可以改善评价主体单一、评价过于注重奖惩等问题。纵观多元评价者的评价信息和教师实际情况,结合胜任力特征,评价实施者与被评价教师协商确定改进与完善的对策,使每位教师都能在自己原有基础上获得应有的发展,真正发挥评价促进教师可持续发展的功能。“,”Multi-angle evaluation is an all-around evaluation method,which reflects the concept of developmental evaluation.With use of the all-around multi-angle evaluation,problems such as single evaluation subject,too much attention on rewards and punishments can be improved. Making a general survey of evaluation information provided by evaluators and teachers’actual situation,combined with the feature of competency, negotiation between the evaluators and teachers to improve and perfect the countermeasure,each teacher in their original basis can get due development,thus actually play the function of assessements which is aimed at promoting the sustainable development of teachers.
