进入21世纪以来,计算机网络技术发展迅速,人类社会逐步进入网络经济时代,这对传统企业人力资源管理提出了新要求,企业管理者必须以全球思维方式来重新定位和思考企业人力资源管理的角色和方式,从招聘到培训,再到绩效考核与管理等方面都要进行网络化改革,以全面改革企业人力资源管理模式,适应现代网络经济的发展。基于此,从人才和信息系统两方面分析网络经济环境对于企业人力资源管理的新要求,并从招聘网络化、培训网络化以及绩效管理网络化三个层面探析现代企业人力资源管理新模式。
