斜盘式轴向柱塞泵在变量过程中受到由负载引起的对变量机构的阻力作用,该力对变量泵的性能有较大影响。过去,对其中的摩擦力大小只能靠经验估计。本文在理论分析诸阻变量力的基础上,提出了斜盘泵等效变量摩擦阻力的概念,并以63BCY—14B柱塞泵为研究对象,用实验方法测定该摩擦系数,从而确定了变量阻力的大小。
