简要介绍了临夏州水土流失现状及小流域治理情况,以及小流域综合治理取得的主要成效。坚持走小流域综合治理的成功之路,充分发挥生态自我修复能力,调动全社会的力量参与水土保持生态建设。指出今后的水土保持小流域综合治理应树立统筹协调理念、以人为本理念、人与自然和谐理念。
This paper briefly introduced the current situation of soil and water loss in Linxia Prefecture and the management of small watershed and the main achievements made in the comprehensive management of small watershed. Adhere to the successful management of small watershed comprehensive management of the road, give full play to ecological self-healing capabilities, mobilize the power of society as a whole to participate in soil and water conservation and ecological construction. It is pointed out that in future comprehensive management of small watersheds for soil and water conservation, we should establish an integrated and coordinated concept, a people-oriented concept and a harmonious concept between man and nature.
