反应釜中的温度控制是整个化工生产过程中的核心控制部分之一,它具有温度惯性、大的延迟时间等特性,对过程控制造成非常大的困难。采用DCS系统,配以上位机监控系统,并以自适应控制为理论基础,实现对反应釜的温度控制。在仿真器上进行的模拟调试以及利用组态画面进行的试验都获得了成功,可以证明这种方案符合基本工艺需求,是实际可行的,可以为实际操作提供应用参考。
The temperature control in the reactor is one of the core control parts of the whole chemical production process. It has the characteristics of temperature inertia, large delay time and so on, and causes great difficulties to the process control. Using DCS system, coupled with the host computer monitoring system, and to adaptive control as the theoretical basis to achieve the reactor temperature control. The simulation debugging on the simulator and the experiment using the configuration screen have all been successful. It proves that this scheme meets the basic technological requirements and is practicable and can provide practical reference for practical operation.
