现有的H2000系列4．5 t叉车胶带轮与驱动轮存在因基准不同而导致胶带过早磨损、断裂的现象。在未及时维修的情况下,常常打断风扇叶片。驱动轮的定位基准是前桥,而风扇的定位基准是后机架,两轮相对位置虽然可以调节,但在组装调整时存在不确定因素,有相当难度。改进的主要要求是:传动胶带等零件的质量要好;增加胶带张紧机构;将驱动轮、胶带轮和张紧轮定位在同一个垂直基准面上。根据上述要求,选用进口胶带,改善了驱动零件的材质和热处理工
The existing H2000 series 4.5 t forklift truck wheel and drive wheel due to different benchmarks lead to premature wear and tear tape. Fan blades are often interrupted without proper maintenance.
