本文从原理上说明行驶中的汽车所发出的噪声中包含有发动机的转速信号和汽车速度号。说明在汽车上不装任何传感器的情况下,只要测得驶过汽车的噪声信号,即可分离出噪声频谱以及在此同一时刻的即时发动机转速和即时车速。本文着重叙述按照国家标准进行的汽车加速工况下的最大加速噪声识别技术,发动机即时转速和即时车速识别技术。给出了两种电子计算机的最大加速噪声频谱分析和发动机转速及汽车即时车速分离计算的信号处理方法和电子计算机程序框图,给出几种特定工况下的计算机处理结果。速度信号的求得简化了汽车噪声源识别试验和处理方法,使CA—151K柴油汽车的降噪试验和计算机分析简便迅速。
This paper shows in principle that the noise emitted by the moving car contains the engine speed signal and the car speed number. This article focuses on the maximum acceleration noise recognition technology, engine instantaneous speed and instantaneous vehicle speed recognition technology under the acceleration of vehicles under national standards. The computer processing results under several specific operating conditions are given. The calculation of speed signal simplifies the test and processing method of automobile noise source identification and makes the noise reduction test and computer analysis of CA-151K diesel vehicle simple and quick.
