近年来,我国产业结构不断调整升级。产业升级的过程就是从劳动密集型向技术密集型转变的过程,因而在实质上是劳动力结构高级化的过程,尤其是一线劳动力对先进技术的适应能力日益成为产业和企业升级的人力资源瓶颈。许多企业难以在劳动力市场上找到生产服务一线的技术技能人才。有关机构对全国100个城市人力资源市场供求变化状况的持续监测表明,技能劳动者和专业技术人员的供求缺口明显加大。职业教育改革迫在眉睫。怎样才能为国家培养素质全方位的技能型人才,怎样才能达到家长、社会对中等职业学校的期望,就显得尤为重要了。
In recent years, China’s industrial structure has been constantly adjusted and upgraded. The process of industrial upgrading is from labor-intensive to technology-intensive. Therefore, it is essentially a process of high-level labor force structure. In particular, the adaptability of first-line labor to advanced technologies is increasingly becoming the bottleneck in human resources upgrading of industries and enterprises. Many businesses find it difficult to find first-rate skilled personnel in the labor market for production services. The continuous monitoring by the agencies of the changes in supply and demand in the human resources market in 100 cities across the country shows that the gap between supply and demand of skilled workers and professional and technical personnel has obviously increased. Vocational education reform is imminent. How can we cultivate a full range of skilled talents for the country and how we can meet the expectations of parents and the society for secondary vocational schools are particularly important.
