针对小样本碳化试验研究预应力混凝土耐久性出现的研究方法较为单一、可靠性较差等问题,采用大批次、小尺寸构件,利用碳化试验和表面渗透性试验,研究不同应力状态和构件抗压强度对预应力混凝土构件耐久性的影响。研究结果表明:应力状态和构件抗压强度对预应力混凝土结构碳化深度有显著影响,同等条件下,应力越大,混凝土构件碳化深度越小;应力状态对混凝土表层渗透性无明显影响,而构件抗压强度却对其有明显影响,构件抗压强度越高,抗渗性能越好。
Aiming at the shortcoming of the single concrete method and the poor reliability of the prestressed concrete durability research, the carbonization test and the surface permeability test of a large number of sub-size and small-size components are used to study the effect of different stress states and component compressive strength Effect of Strength on Durability of Prestressed Concrete Members. The results show that the stress state and the compressive strength of members have a significant effect on the depth of carbonation of prestressed concrete structures.
