目的观察中药复方内异宁联合针灸顺应月经周期节律干预子宫腺肌病的临床疗效,为临床治疗子宫腺肌病优化方案提供依据。方法采用随机对照的研究方法,将65例子宫肌腺病患者,随机分为针药组33例和中药组32例。两组均予复方内异宁顺应月经周期节律进行加减内服,针药组除服用中药外于经前7天至经行第2天联合针刺、艾灸治疗,观察两组疗程均为6个月;观察痛经程度、痛经强度(VAS视觉模拟)及痛经时间变化情况。结果治疗3个月、6个月后,针药组与中药组的PP集、ITT集临床总疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。痛经程度、痛经强度、痛经时间两组治疗后均有明显改善(P<0.01),且针药组优于中药组。结论复方内异宁联合针灸能改善患者痛经程度与强度,缩短疼痛的时间,可作为子宫腺肌病的优化治疗方案。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yi-Ning combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of adenomyosis according to the rhythm of menstrual cycle, and to provide evidence for the clinical treatment of adenomyosis. Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted in 65 cases of uterine adenomyosis and were randomly divided into acupuncture group (33 cases) and traditional Chinese medicine group (32 cases). The two groups were given the same compound to adapt to the cycle of menstrual cycle rhythm addition and subtraction oral administration, acupuncture treatment group except taking traditional Chinese medicine in the first 7 days to the line through the second day of acupuncture, moxibustion treatment were observed in both groups were 6 Month; observe the degree of dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea intensity (VAS visual simulation) and the time changes of dysmenorrhea. Results After 3 months and 6 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in the total clinical efficacy of PP and ITT between acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine groups (P> 0.05). Dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea intensity, dysmenorrhea time after treatment were significantly improved (P <0.01), and acupuncture group is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group. Conclusion Combination of Yi-Ning and acupuncture can improve the degree of dysmenorrhea in patients with intensity and shorten the pain time, can be used as the optimal treatment of adenomyosis.
