1.赤霉素处理对留种“雪球”品种花椰菜发育过程中花球松散,花梗抽出和开花等时期都有促进作用。其具体效应并非使各发育时期的日期显著提早,而是在各发育时期所延续的一段时期内,使植株的发育比较集中于早期。以其主要的趋势而言,也可以说是缩短了各发育时期的日数。因而使留种植株的发育比较整齐,对日后采种成熟度的划一和品质都会有良好影响。 2.剂量以每株施用200微克者较好。由于花椰菜留种时期较长,自花球形成定植于花房起算需时半年以上,开花至种荚成熟也需三个月以上时间。根据我们的试验,花球形成后处理赤霉素其药效能延续至开花期,因此如欲影响最后收种,应于开花期前补施赤霉素。 3.处理方法用赤霉素水溶液喷或滴花球者效果都差不多,滴的方法剂量比较准确,喷射法比较便利而且药剂分布均匀。除花球之外,赤霉素水溶液很难附着于花椰菜其他部分而为植物组织所吸收,故后期补施赤霉素以用羊毛脂涂剂施于植物组织切口的方法比较恰当。
