目的:探讨光动力学疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)与金丝桃素联合应用对C6胶质瘤细胞的作用。方法:用MTT法和电镜观察PDT联合金丝桃素对体外培养的C6胶质瘤细胞存活率的影响、检测凋亡、分析对细胞形态学的影响。同时考察其联合作用对C6胶质瘤细胞Bcl2和Bax蛋白表达的影响。结果:金丝桃素和PDT单独诱导C6胶质瘤细胞凋亡作用不显著
Objective: To investigate the effect of photodynamic therapy (PDT) and hypericin on C6 glioma cells. Methods: MTT and electron microscopy were used to observe the effect of PDT combined with hypericin on the survival rate of C6 glioma cells in vitro. The apoptosis of C6 glioma cells was detected and the effect on cytomorphology was analyzed. At the same time study the combined effect of C6 glioma cells Bcl2 and Bax protein expression. Results: Hypericin and PDT alone induced C6 glioma cells apoptosis was not significant
