目的:研究菲岛茄中甾体糖苷类化学成分。方法:利用硅胶、凝胶和反相硅胶等柱层析材料以及制备液相进行分离,通过ESI-MS和NMR波谱方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:从菲岛茄中分离得到6个甾体糖苷类成分,分别鉴定为:torvoside K(1)、torvoside J(2)、torvoside L(3)、khasianine(4)、aculeatiside A(5)和solamargine(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the steroidal glycosides of Fijian eggplant. METHODS: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, gel and reversed phase silica gel and preparative liquid chromatography. The structures of the isolated compounds were identified by ESI-MS and NMR spectroscopy. Results: Six steroidal glycosides were isolated from Fagaceae and were identified as torvoside K (1), torvoside J (2), torvoside L (3), khasianine (4), aculeatiside A solamargine (6). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
