对二烯类橡胶进行物理改性,能大大提高橡胶的工艺性能及力学性能。以异戊橡胶为例进行了研究。用转速达3×103~20×103r/min的带凸棱转子(转动频率50~320s-1)反复对异戊橡胶胶粒进行剪切,以此方法提高橡胶大分子的力学性能,对聚异戊二烯橡胶(СКИ-3)进行改性。经物理改性后的生胶СКИ-3M具有良好的工艺性能,其硫化胶的力学性能亦好,特别是抗撕裂性能高。生胶改性后停放两周,制得的硫化胶具有良好的力学性能,改性生胶停放时间超过两周后,制得的硫化胶性能逐渐下降,直降至与未改性的СКИ-3相似。
The physical modification of diene rubber can greatly improve the rubber process performance and mechanical properties. Take isoprene rubber as an example. The isoprene rubber particles were sheared repeatedly with a convex rotor (rotational frequency of 50 ~ 320s-1) at a speed of 3 × 103 ~ 20 × 103r / min to improve the mechanical properties of the rubbery polymer.
