在“以人为本”管理理念的指引下,我园实施开放式园本管理,开放的管理气候、开放的管理环境、开放的管理制度,调动了教职工参与管理的积极性,给予了教职工更多的创造空间。 一、开放式园本管理的特点 1.管理中居主体地位的是教职工,管理的制度、措施、策略,均以符合教职工的发展需要为目标。例如:我园在制定规章制度的时候,组织教职工参与研究、讨论,形成“制度为我们服务”的共识,所确定的制度体现了公平、公正的原则,维持了有序的工作秩序,使得教职工在制度的保护下拥有了更广阔的工作空间。由于教职工是开放管理中的主体,因而我们尽量让他们自由学习、工作、探索,保证其自由发展和自我实现。
