随着城镇化快速推进,农村的用电量不断增加,对可靠性要求越来越高,供电企业面临的供电压力越来越大。与此同时,电力体制改革稳步推进,竞争日益凸显,供电企业要想获得长足发展,就必须重视人力资源管理薪酬的分配,调动员工特别是农电用工的生产积极性,更好地为企业发展服务。基于此,本文对当前供电企业农电用工人力资源管理现状进行分析,并提出相应的解决对策,以期为供电企业薪酬管理提供一些有益参考。
With the rapid urbanization, electricity consumption in rural areas continues to increase, the reliability requirements are getting higher and higher, power supply companies are facing increasing pressure on power supply. At the same time, the reform of the electric power system has been steadily promoted and competition has become increasingly prominent. In order to achieve rapid development, the power supply enterprises must attach importance to the distribution of remuneration of human resources management, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, especially those engaged in rural power, and better serve the development of enterprises . Based on this, this paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management of rural power workers in power supply enterprises, and puts forward corresponding solutions, with a view to providing some useful references for the compensation management of power supply enterprises.
