以2 mm热成形钢板、2 mm冷轧双相钢板和3 mm微合金钢板,共3层钢板的电阻点焊为研究对象,获得了超厚钢板电阻点焊不同电极压力下的工艺窗口,确定了适用于超厚板电阻点焊的工艺参数。结果表明:随着电极力的增加,工艺窗口中的焊接电流宽度逐渐增大。考虑电极力及焊接时间,电极压力为4.6 k N,焊接时间为2×700 ms适用于3层超厚高强钢板的点焊。以前纵梁零件超厚板的电阻点焊为对象,适当增大电极压力和焊接电流,解决了因零件之间的间隙导致的气孔及表面毛刺缺陷。
The resistance spot welding of 2 mm thermoformed steel plates, 2 mm cold-rolled duplex steel plates and 3 mm micro-alloyed steel plates with a total of 3 layers of steel plates was taken as the research object, and the process window under different electrode pressures of ultra-thick plate resistance spot welding was obtained. The process parameters for super thick sheet resistance spot welding. The results show that with the increase of electrode force, the width of welding current in the process window gradually increases. Considering the electrode force and welding time, the electrode pressure is 4.6 kN and the welding time is 2 × 700 ms. It is suitable for the spot welding of 3-layer super-thick high-strength steel. In the past, the electric resistance spot welding of the super-thick slab of the longitudinal member was taken as the object, and the electrode pressure and the welding current were appropriately increased to solve the defects of the burrs on the air holes and the surface caused by the gaps between the parts.
