丰淮铁路黄河特大桥主桥上部结构为96+132+96m的连续下承式无竖杆三角形刚性钢桁梁。132m跨上设有柔性拱。桁梁各构件采用栓焊连接,这种结构在国内铁路桥梁上尚无先例,其跨度也居黄河上同类桥梁之首。钢桁梁下共使用了8个TPZ盆式橡胶支座,支座性能良好,便于安装养护。左岸设有9×32m的预应力混凝土引桥,右岸与黄河隧道直接相连。全桥长643.42m。全桥
The superstructure of the main bridge of the Huaihe River Yellow River Super Large Bridge is a continuous undercarriage without riser triangular rigid steel truss beam of 96 + 132 + 96m. 132m span with flexible arch. Each component of the truss girder is connected by a welded bolt. This kind of structure has no precedent on domestic railway bridges and its span is also the first of its kind on the Yellow River. Under the steel truss beams used a total of eight TPZ basin rubber bearings, bearing performance is good, easy to install and maintain.
