塔山选煤厂进入调试阶段以来,随着第一、二、三套系统的运转,重介质系统的密度呈不稳定状态,时高时低,精煤的产率和灰分也极不稳定,介质消耗的量也越来越大,严重制约着选煤厂的正常生产。本文分析了改造前介质系统存在的问题,查找出原因,对系统进行改造,达到了降耗提效的作用
