对俄制500 MW超临界直流锅炉给水自动调节系统的构成进行了分析,总结了在实际运行堆护中积累的经验数据。对原控制思想进行了改进,成功解决了长期影响给水自动调节系统调节品质的给水流量定值生成和两流程流量分配的难题,有效提高了锅炉给水自动控制调节系统的稳定性、快速性和准确性。
The composition of the automatic control system for water supply of 500 MW supercritical once-through boiler in Russia was analyzed, and the empirical data accumulated in practical operation was summarized. The original control thought was improved and successfully solved the long-term problem of setting value of feed water flow regulation and flow distribution of two processes that affect quality of automatic control system of feed water and effectively improving the stability, speediness and accuracy of automatic control system for boiler feed water Sex.
