目前各电厂在X光射线探伤中,经常使用上海4F、5F与天津Ⅲ型胶片。在工作中自制曝光曲线表,在操作中可带来很大的方便。以往由于不同操作者凭个人工作经验选用各自的参数,难以得到理想的底片黑度值,影响了最后评片效果。现利用阶梯型试块,使曝光用上海TX—1505型携带式X射线探伤机,经反复试验所得曝光曲线及应用数学回归分析法计算直线方程:kV=a+bT。根据所得曝光曲线及直线方程式,选择曝光参数,可获得最佳底片黑度,有利于评片效果。
At present, all power plants often use Shanghai 4F, 5F and Tianjin Ⅲ type films in X-ray inspection. Self-made exposure curve at work, in operation can bring great convenience. In the past due to different operators with their own personal experience using their own parameters, it is difficult to get the ideal blackness value, affecting the final review results. Is the use of ladder-type test block, the exposure with Shanghai TX-1505 portable X-ray detector, the exposure curve obtained after repeated tests and the application of mathematical regression analysis of linear equations: kV = a + bT. According to the resulting exposure curve and linear equation, choose the exposure parameters, the best blackness can be obtained, which is good for the evaluation results.
