以烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、马来酸酐和亚硫酸氢钠为主要反应物,采用超声-微波协同技术合成了烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚型磺基琥珀酸二酯钠盐Gemini表面活性剂,并用FT-IR和1H-NMR对产物结构进行表征。将其应用于毛/涤混纺织物分散染料的一浴法染色。探讨了p H、浴比、温度和NS用量对染色效果的影响,毛/涤混纺织物分散染料一浴法染色最佳染色工艺条件为:染液p H=3~4,浴比=25∶1,w(NS)=3%(owf),染色温度为95℃。在此工艺条件下,分散橙30、分散蓝2BW、分散红73和分散红SE-F3B的染色效果均有提升,且色牢度达4级以上。在染色体系中添加NS可以降低染色温度,显著提高分散染料的上染率。
