[目的/意义]针对用户与数字图书馆交互的不同维度:信息、技术及任务,明确交互的关键成功因素,细化数字图书馆的交互评估,以帮助构建更具普适性和可操作性的评价指标体系。[方法/过程]基于信息、技术及任务,采用实验研究方法,并在其过程中嵌入深度访谈,探究用户与数字图书馆交互的关键成功因素。[结果/结论]研究明确了21个交互关键成功因素,例如分类合理程度、是否提供用户指南、功能集成程度、简洁程度、对网站熟悉程度等,基于此,进一步拓展了数字图书馆交互功能评估模型,并明确了用户的交互需求和用户习惯两个新的要素。相对于此前的数字图书馆交互评估模型而言,该模型更具操作性。此外,数字图书馆的设计者也可以基于此完善数字图书馆的开发与设计。
[Purpose / Significance] To address the different dimensions of user interaction with digital libraries: information, technologies and tasks, identify key success factors for interaction and refine the interactive assessment of digital libraries to help build a more universal and workable Evaluation index system. [Methods / Processes] Based on information, technology and tasks, we use experimental research methods and embed in-depth interviews in the process to explore the key success factors of user interaction with digital libraries. [Results / Conclusions] The study identified 21 key success factors of interaction, such as reasonable classification, whether to provide user guide, functional integration, conciseness, familiarity with the website, etc. Based on this, the interactive function evaluation of digital library was further expanded Model, and defines the user’s interactive needs and user habits of two new elements. Compared with the previous digital library interactive assessment model, the model is more operational. In addition, digital library designers can also improve digital library development and design.
