学校发展的核心竞争力是教师,课程改革的中坚力量也是教师,如何促进青年教师专业水平健康成长,专家们众说纷纭,为了探索一条使青年教师有效成长之路,我们在实施贵州省基础教育科学研究教育教学实验课题一“中学数学课堂教学案例研究”过程中,做了一些探索.本文将以“引领”为出发点,用“不等式及其解集”课堂教学案例,就青年教师在教学中遇到的一些问题进行案例分析,旨在抛砖引玉,期望各位同行不吝把引领青年教师成长的经验与大家分享.
