目的:运用16层螺旋CT的3种后处理技术:最大密度投影(MIP)、表面阴影成像(SSD)和容积重组(VR)对肋软骨的显示状况进行评价,探讨肋软骨的最佳CT成像方法。方法搜集经16层螺旋CT常规胸部容积扫描和薄层低对比图像重建100例,所有病例均应用MIP、SSD及VR对重建图像进行后处理,最后由2名CT诊断医师比较MIP、SSD及VR对肋软骨的显示状况。结果(1)3种重组技术均可显示肋软骨。(2)在显示肋软骨形态方面,VR、MIP成像模式优于SSD成像模式;VR成像模式与MIP成像模式无差异性。结论MIP、VR是显示肋软骨形态的最佳CT成像方式。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the status of costal cartilage using three post-processing techniques of 16-slice spiral CT: maximum density projection (MIP), surface shadow imaging (SSD) and volume reconstruction (VR) method. Methods Totally 100 cases were reconstructed by conventional 16-slice spiral CT with chest volume and low-contrast low-contrast images. All cases were treated with MIP, SSD and VR to post-process the reconstructed images. Finally, two CT diagnosticians compared MIP, SSD and VR On the costal cartilage display status. Results (1) All three kinds of recombinant techniques can show costal cartilage. (2) VR, MIP imaging mode is better than SSD imaging mode in displaying rib cartilage morphology; there is no difference between VR imaging mode and MIP imaging mode. Conclusions MIP and VR are the best CT imaging methods to show the shape of costal cartilage.
