用lee的荧光组化法检测雌激素受体,将35例子宫肌瘤患者的瘤组织及肌肉组织经冷冻切片后,分别用HE、17β-雌二醇-BSA-FITC及雌二醇-BSA作染片,用HE染片中全部瘤细胞作基数(100%),对比确定雌激素受体阳性细胞所占瘤细胞的百分比作为判断标准。结果显示肌瘤组织中>20%阳性占68.75%,肌肉组织中>20%阳性仅占5.71%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。35例中有24例(68.57%)发生月经改变,其瘤组织中雌激素受体阳性率与无月经改变者之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。而肌瘤的体积与雌激素受体也无一定关系(P>0.05)。
Using lee fluorescence detection of estrogen receptor, 35 cases of uterine fibroids tumor tissue and muscle tissue after cryosection, respectively, with HE, 17β-estradiol-BSA-FITC and estradiol-BSA As a piece of dye, all the tumor cells in the HE stain were taken as the base (100%), and the percentage of tumor cells occupied by the estrogen receptor positive cells was compared as a criterion. The results showed that> 20% of fibroids positive accounted for 68.75%, muscle tissue> 20% positive accounted for only 5.71%, both significant differences (P <0.01). Among the 35 cases, 24 cases (68.57%) had menstrual changes. There was no significant difference between the positive rates of estrogen receptor and those without menstruation (P> 0.05). The size of fibroids and estrogen receptor also had no relationship (P> 0.05).
