进入新时期,我国经济社会得到了快速发展,但是生态环境却日益恶化,环保问题成为影响社会经济可持续发展的战略性问题。出于经济利益的诉求,大量的企业进驻农村,钻法律、法规漏洞,实行高污染、低效率生产,影响了农村的生态环境。在这样的情况下,加强农村生态环境法制建设显得尤为必要。本文分析了农村环境保护法治建设存在的问题,基于此,提出了农村生态环境保护法制建设的建议,以期更好地完善农村生态环境保护体系,促进农村地区科学、健康、可持续发展。
In the new era, China’s economy and society have witnessed rapid development, but the ecological environment has deteriorated day by day. The issue of environmental protection has become a strategic issue affecting the sustainable social and economic development. For the sake of economic interests, a large number of enterprises stationed in rural areas, drilling laws and regulations loopholes, the implementation of high pollution and low efficiency of production, affecting the rural ecological environment. Under such circumstances, it is especially necessary to strengthen the legal system of rural ecological environment. This article analyzes the existing problems in the legal construction of rural environmental protection. Based on this, the author puts forward suggestions on the legal system of rural ecological environmental protection so as to improve the system of ecological environment protection in rural areas and promote the scientific, healthy and sustainable development in rural areas.
