本文通过问卷调查了新疆旅游企业在2008年至2012年五年间对外语类人才需求的情况,结合各种因素,分析了外语类人才需求增减的原因,得出新疆旅游行业对外语类人才总体需求总体持续增加的结果。本文通过调查数据分析了旅游企业的具体用人需求,试图找到人才培养和用人需求的契合之处和矛盾点,以期为高校外语类旅游人才培养及教学改革提供量化依据和参考。一、调查背景及调查目的在近年新疆社会经济发展中,旅游业的发展已经越来越重要。2011年,旅游业总收入相当于新疆GDP的6.7%。2012
This paper investigates the demand for foreign language talents by tourism enterprises in Xinjiang during the five years from 2008 to 2012 by means of questionnaires and analyzes the reasons for the increase or decrease in the demand for foreign language talents combined with various factors and concludes that the total amount of foreign language talents in Xinjiang tourism industry The overall demand continues to increase as a result.
