在小麦杂交育种工作中,选择表现优良的材料作亲本配制大量组合,以增大选择机率的方法虽是可行的,但盲目性较大,随着世代的进展,工作量越来越大,致使工作粗放,选择效率降低,反而收不到预期的效果。如能对亲本性状配合力研究比较清楚,对杂种早代材料做出比较正确的估计和判断,这对于增强选配亲本的预见性,提早海汰不良组合,提高育种效率是有重要意义的。本文试图从小麦品种间杂种第一代的表现来分析性状遗传动态、配合力高低以及组合优劣,作为正确选配亲本和提高育种效率的参考。
