采用半巢式多聚酶链反应(Senu-nestPCR)方法从21例急性和慢性肝炎患者血清中检测HGV/GBV-CRNA,结果5例阳性。PCR扩增阳性产物经直接序列测定,结果证明是来自HGV/GBV-CRNANS5A区的核苷酸序列。结果显示:粤东地区存在着庚型肝炎病毒(HGV/GBV-C)的感染。该病毒与急慢性肝炎密切相关,可与丙型及乙型肝炎病毒混合感染,可能是非A-E型急性和慢性肝炎的病因之一。序列分析表明HGV/GBV-CRNANS5A区具有较高的保守性。
HGV / GBV-CRNA was detected in sera of 21 patients with acute and chronic hepatitis by semi-nested polymerase chain reaction (Senu-nestPCR), and 5 were positive. The PCR amplification positive product was sequenced directly and the result proved to be the nucleotide sequence from the HGV / GBV-CRNANS5A region. The results showed that there was hepatitis G virus (HGV / GBV-C) infection in eastern Guangdong. The virus is closely related to acute and chronic hepatitis and can be mixed with hepatitis C and hepatitis B virus infection, which may be one of the causes of non-A-E acute and chronic hepatitis. Sequence analysis showed that the HGV / GBV-CRNANS5A region was highly conserved.
