本文采用~(14)C-杀灭菊酯的放射性测量及整体放射自显影术,研究杀灭菊酯在小鼠体内的吸收、分布和排出规律。结果表明,给小鼠一次灌胃,~(14)C-杀灭菊酯经消化道吸收速率常数为1.68h~(-1);血药浓度达峰时间1.98 h;排出相半衰期为24.32h。杀灭菊酯主要分布于肝、肾、肺、皮肤和毛,给药后第5天在皮肤和毛发中仍能检出较高的~(14)C放射性。~(14)-C杀灭菊酯及其代谢物主要经尿排出,部分可贮存于小鼠皮肤和毛发中。
In this paper, radioactive measurement of ~ (14) C-fenvalerate and whole autoradiography were used to study the absorption, distribution and excretion of fenvalin in mice. The results showed that the intragastric absorption rate constant of ~ (14) C-fenvalerate was 1.68h ~ (-1); the peak plasma concentration reached 1.98 h; the half-life of excreted phase was 24.32h . Fenvastatin mainly distributed in the liver, kidney, lung, skin and hair, and still detected higher radioactivity of ~ (14) C in the skin and hair on the 5th day after administration. ~ (14) -C fenvalerate and its metabolites mainly excreted by the urine, some can be stored in mouse skin and hair.
