ERP是一种面向企业资源优化的管理思想,旨在建设高效的企业管理信息系统,提升企业的核心竞争力。本文首先阐述ERP的基本内涵及其对供电企业的意义,并以某供电局为例,分析其信息化现状,讨论实施ERP有可能碰到的问题,进一步提出ERP在该供电局中的实施方案。
ERP is a kind of management idea oriented to the optimization of enterprise resources. It aims to build an efficient enterprise management information system and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper firstly expounds the basic connotation of ERP and its significance to power supply enterprises. Taking a power supply bureau as an example, this paper analyzes the status quo of informationization, discusses the problems that ERP may encounter, and further proposes the implementation plan of ERP in this power supply bureau .
