强化钙和维生素D咀嚼片对学龄前儿童骨骼组织生长发育的影响

目的:探讨强化钙和维生素D咀嚼片对学龄前儿童骨骼组织生长发育状况的影响。方法:选取截止到2012年5月年龄为6~8岁的学龄前儿童200人,分为两组。观察组的儿童除每天正常饮食外,口服迪巧咀嚼片(强化钙和维生素D),每天2片,对照组儿童不补充任何钙剂,保持正常饮食。营养强化1年后,观察两组儿童的体格发育状况。结果:强化补充钙和维生素D后,观察组儿童25-羟基维生素D、骨钙素水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并且观察组儿童的骨矿物量、面积及密度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:儿童在生长发育期要加强钙和维生素D的补充,强化钙和维生素D咀嚼片能促进学龄前儿童骨骼组织生长发育。 Objective: To investigate the effects of fortified calcium and vitamin D chewable tablets on the growth and development of skeletal tissues in preschool children. Methods: A total of 200 preschoolers aged 6-8 years as of May 2012 were divided into two groups. Children in the observation group were given di Qiao chewable tablets (fortified calcium and vitamin D), 2 tablets daily, while the control group children were not given any calcium supplements except normal daily diet, to maintain a normal diet. Nutritional strengthening 1 year later, the two groups of children’s physical development observed. Results: After intensive supplementation with calcium and vitamin D, the levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D and osteocalcin in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05), and the bone mineral content, area and density in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group Control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Children should strengthen the supplement of calcium and vitamin D during the growth and development. Strengthening calcium and vitamin D chewable tablets can promote the growth and development of skeletal tissues in preschool children.
