银屑病是一种常见皮肤病,其病因与发病机理尚未完全明了,可能与遗传、感染、代谢障碍或免疫功能紊乱等有关。关于银屑病免疫障碍现象近年研究较多,但各家报道不一。多数作者认为患者存在T细胞E花环形成功能的缺陷,但其原因不清楚。有文献报道认为这种缺陷与患者血清内存在E花环抑制因子(Rosette Iahibitory Factor,以下简称RIF)有关。为了解银屑病患者E花环功能和血清RIF对其影响以及在整个病程中E花环功能与RIF的变化规律,我们对51例患者进行E花环功能和RIF测定,现将结果报道如下。
Psoriasis is a common skin disease, its etiology and pathogenesis are not yet fully understood, may be related to genetic, infectious, metabolic disorders or immune dysfunction and so on. Psoriasis on the phenomenon of immune disorders in recent years more research, but various reports vary. Most authors consider the patient deficient in the function of T-cell E-rosette formation, but the reason for this is unclear. It is reported in the literature that this defect is related to the presence of Rosette Iahibitory Factor (RIF) in the patient’s serum. In order to understand the role of E-rosette in patients with psoriasis and the impact of serum RIF and E-rosette function and RIF in the whole course of the disease, 51 cases of patients with E-ring function and RIF determination, the results reported below.
