前言宋岗泵站位于丹江口水库岸边浙川县境内,最大抽水流量16.5秒立米,解决移民安置区生产及生活用水,灌溉面积20.3万亩.泵站由引水渠、前池、取水头部、泵房、进出口管道、出水池等组成.泵房型式曾研究过坝后式竖井式,对竖井式泵房的施工比较了明挖和沉井两种方法.根据施工条件、运用管理、工程安全、经济等因素,最后选择了竖井式泵房采用沉井施工的方案.高程162米以下部分为钢筋混凝土圆筒竖井泵房,内径16米,外径18米,井筒高度33.6米.高程135.2米系水泵层,设有三台沅江48 I-35I型水泵、进出口钢管及控制阀等.高程143.23米系电机层,设有三台JSL1600-12TH型异步电机、出水钢管等.高程162米层布置电气设备、通风机、桥式起重机等.竖井为沉井,采用排水下沉法施工,由原地面高程152米下沉至高程128.4米,下沉深度23.6米,分两次进行下沉.沉井地基为第Ⅲ系粘土岩,高程162~152米为回填土.本工程于1976年开工,1978年建成,经运行情况良好.现将泵房井筒设计介绍如下.
