为探讨盐酸戊乙奎醚对体外循环大鼠的肾保护作用,将32只SD大鼠分为假手术组、体外循环模型组、低剂量和高剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚预处理组,每组8只,通过观察血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肌酐(Cr)以及肾超微结构的变化,研究盐酸戊乙奎醚预处理对体外循环大鼠肾脏的保护作用。结果表明,预处理组血浆TNF-α和IL-6水平明显高于假手术组(P<0.05),但低于模型组(P<0.05),且高剂量预处理组较低剂量组低(P<0.05);模型组Cr含量明显高于假手术组和高剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚预处理组(P<0.05),与低剂量盐酸戊乙奎醚预处理组相比差异无显著性(P>0.05)。肾超微结构的改变与上述指标的变化相一致。结论:盐酸戊乙奎醚对体外循环大鼠肾脏具有保护作用,并具有剂量依赖性。
In order to explore the renal protective effect of penehyclidine hydrochloride on cardiopulmonary bypass in rats, 32 SD rats were divided into sham operation group, cardiopulmonary bypass model group, low dose and high dose penehyclidine hydrochloride pretreatment group, each group 8 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: control group, penehyclidine hydrochloride group and control group. The changes of TNF-α, IL-6, Cr and renal ultrastructure in serum were observed. Circulating rat kidney protective effect. The results showed that the levels of plasma TNF-α and IL-6 in pretreatment group were significantly higher than those in sham group (P <0.05), but lower than those in model group (P <0.05) P <0.05). The content of Cr in the model group was significantly higher than that in the sham-operated group and high-dose penehyclidine hydrochloride pretreatment group (P <0.05), but no significant difference compared with the low-dose penehyclidine hydrochloride pretreatment group P> 0.05). Changes in renal ultrastructure consistent with changes in these indicators. Conclusion: Penehyclidine hydrochloride has a protective effect on the kidneys of cardiopulmonary bypass rats in a dose-dependent manner.
