利用化学杂交剂(Chemical hybridingagents,缩写CHA)配制小麦杂交种,是小麦利用杂种优势的一条捷径。前人利用化学杂交剂乙烯利和均三嗪二酮(KMS-1)进行了大量研究工作,并对其杀雄效果给予了肯定的评价。但是这两种杀雄剂在配制杂交种时,还存在着有效喷药时期短、抽穗困难、雌蕊活性降低等难以克服的问题。近年来,国际上的一些大型化学公司致力于开发新一代的理想化学杂交剂,先后有英国壳牌公司的WL84811和美国索格托公司的Sc2053相继推出。我们从1991年开始研究Sc2053的应用技术,初步得到一些肯定结果。
The use of chemical hybriding agents (CHA) to formulate wheat hybrids is a shortcut to heterosis utilization in wheat. A large number of research work has been done on the chemical hybridization agents ethephon and triazinetrione (KMS-1), and the positive evaluation of their killing effect has been made. However, when these two kinds of maleicide are used to prepare hybrids, there are still some problems that are difficult to overcome, such as short effective spraying period, difficult heading, and reduced pistil activity. In recent years, some international large-scale chemical companies are committed to developing a new generation of ideal chemical hybridization agents. There are successively WL84811 from British Shell Company and Sc2053 from Soocto America successively. We started from 1991 to study the application of Sc2053 technology, some preliminary results to be positive.
