了解医疗纠纷发生情况现状,探讨医疗纠纷产生的因素和解决对策。方法:收集剑川县2009-2013年16例医疗纠纷处理过程的资料,进行描述性统计分析研究;查找相关文献资料,分析总结。结果:目前处理医疗纠纷的途径有3种,即医患双方协商解决,行政调解解决和法律诉讼解决;2009-2013年全县62.5%的纠纷由行政调解解决。解决医疗纠纷对于医疗机构来说经济压力、工作压力和舆论压力都较大。结论:必须完善法制,建立健全第三方调解机构,重视舆论,尊重医疗行业的客观规律,维护正常医疗秩序。
Understand the status quo of the occurrence of medical disputes, discuss the factors that cause medical disputes and countermeasures. Methods: Sixteen cases of medical disputes in Jianchuan County from 2009 to 2013 were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis. Relevant documents were searched and analyzed. Results: At present, there are three ways to deal with medical disputes, that is, both doctors and patients negotiate to settle, administrative mediation and lawsuit settlement. In 2009-2013, 62.5% of the disputes in the county were solved by administrative mediation. To solve medical disputes for medical institutions, the economic pressure, work pressure and public pressure are greater. Conclusion: It is necessary to improve the legal system, establish and improve a third-party mediation agency, attach importance to public opinion, respect the objective laws of the medical industry, and maintain the normal medical order.
