目前,体育教学已经成为国民教育重要的一部分,它并不是形式性的存在,而是有非常关键的现实意义:有趣互动的体育课堂,在一定程度上可以培养学生的运动兴趣,同时在这个过程中能体验体育活动所带来的乐趣,加强学生对体育价值的认识。在日常教学中,除了联系学习目标、课程内容和运动技术,更要结合学生的生活实际、兴趣爱好以及活动环境,使在教授的同时,学生也能自己主动的去接受、愿意去体验学习,最终能挖掘学生运动的潜力,提高学生运动能力和技巧,最后能乐意去锻炼、体验过程所带来的快感,达到形成日常锻炼运动的习惯[1]。至于我们如何做到正如标题所说的培养兴趣、提高意识,就需要在不断教学的过程中去总结。
At present, physical education has become an important part of national education. It is not a formal existence but has a very crucial and practical significance: an interesting and interactive physical education class can, to a certain extent, cultivate students’ interest in sports, and in the process China can experience the fun brought about by sports activities and strengthen students’ understanding of the value of sports. In daily teaching, in addition to linking learning objectives, curriculum content, and sports technology, we must combine students’ real life, interests, hobbies, and activity environment so that students can actively accept and willing to experience learning while teaching. Eventually it can tap the potential of student sports, improve students’ athletic ability and skills, and finally be willing to exercise and experience the pleasure brought by the process to reach the habit of daily exercise [1]. As for how we can achieve the same interest as mentioned in the title and raise awareness, we need to sum up in the process of continuous teaching.
