通过室内FeCl_3溶液加速试验,电化学测量和海港挂样试验,以对比方式研制了耐海水腐蚀的高Cr、Ni、Mo奥氏体不锈钢NHB1(00Cr20Ni25Mo5)。 较长期的海港挂样试验表明,NHB1在常温海水中基本无点蚀倾向性;其耐缝隙腐蚀性能良好,优于不锈钢00Cr18Ni13Mo2和1Cr18Ni9Ti;NHB1有良好的可焊性和综合机械性能;可以代替在海水中及其它含氯离子环境中使用的00Cr18Ni13Mo2等不锈钢。 在NHB1中加入0.1~0.2%的氮而形成的新的不锈钢NHB1N,有更好的耐海水缝隙腐蚀性能,机械强度有较大的提高,同时保持了原有的高塑性。
Through the indoor FeCl_3 solution acceleration test, electrochemical measurement and harbor hanging test, the high Cr, Ni, Mo austenitic stainless steel NHB1 (00Cr20Ni25Mo5) with seawater corrosion resistance was developed in a comparative way. The longer-term seaborne hanging test shows that NHB1 has almost no pitting tendency in seawater at room temperature and has good crevice corrosion resistance, which is better than stainless steel 00Cr18Ni13Mo2 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti. NHB1 has good weldability and comprehensive mechanical properties, Seawater and other chloride-containing environments used 00Cr18Ni13Mo2 stainless steel. The new stainless steel NHB1N formed by adding 0.1-0.2% nitrogen to NHB1 has better seawater crevice corrosion resistance and greater mechanical strength, while maintaining the original high ductility.
