研究了培养基组成、pH值、粘度、摇瓶装液量和添加有机氮对平菇P831液体菌种发酵生产的影响。结果表明 ,选用麸皮培养基可获得较高的菌球数和菌丝量 ,菌球在PDA平板中的生长速度是马铃薯培养基和玉米粉培养基的 1 .6倍和 2 .0倍。发酵生产适宜的 pH值为7.0。 50 0ml摇瓶装液量为 1 2 5ml。在培养液中添加 0 .4%的琼脂增加粘度 ,菌球直径由 0 .65mm下降至 0 .35mm ,菌球数和菌丝量分别提高 68.4%和 1 64%。添加 0 .1 %和 0 .3%的蛋白胨 ,平均提高菌丝量 59.4%。
The effects of medium composition, pH value, viscosity, shake flask volume and organic nitrogen supplementation on the fermentative production of Pleurotus ostreatus P831 were studied. The results showed that the higher number of mycelium and mycelium was obtained in the medium of wheat bran. The growth speed of mycelium in PDA plate was 1.6 times and 2.0 times higher than that of potato medium and corn flour medium. The optimum pH value for fermentation is 7.0. 50 0ml shake flask liquid volume of 1 2 5ml. Adding 0.4% agar to the culture medium to increase the viscosity, the diameter of mycelia decreased from 0.65mm to 0.35mm, the number of mycelia and mycelium increased by 68.4% and 164%, respectively. Adding 0.1% and 0.3% peptone increased the average amount of mycelium 59.4%.
