在企业技术战略转型的过程中,研发资源的投入不断增加,因此如何有效地配置研发资源也成为重要的议题。从“战略-结构-绩效”范式的角度出发,以三一重工为例进行个案研究,对企业技术战略与研发资源配置结构、创新绩效的关系进行研究,结果表明研发资源配置结构会随着技术战略的变化而调整,并影响创新绩效。研究结果发展了“战略-结构-绩效”范式在技术管理领域的理论研究,为技术战略升级的资源优化配置提供理论依据。
In the process of enterprise technology strategy transformation, R & D resources are continuously increasing, so how to effectively allocate R & D resources has also become an important issue. From the perspective of “strategy-structure-performance” paradigm, this paper uses case study of Sany Heavy Industry as an example to study the relationship between enterprise technology strategy and R & D resource allocation structure and innovation performance. The results show that R & D resource allocation structure will follow Adjusting for changes in technology strategy and affecting innovation performance. The research results have developed the theoretical research on the “strategic-structure-performance” paradigm in the field of technology management, which provides a theoretical basis for optimizing the allocation of resources for the upgrading of technology strategy.
