本研究拟应用计算机数据库和地理信息系统(GIS)技术建立江苏省第五次医用X射线工作者肿瘤流行病学调查随访数据库。其方法通过双录入及CHECK程序保证录入数据质量,导入单机版Access数据库管理系统以建立医用诊断X射线工作者队列研究数据库。使用一般统计分析软件完成数据清理和初步分析。拟利用GIS对调查对象进行空间流行病学分析。结果表明,建立由队列随访总表等6个表组成的属性数据库和包括调查对象工作单位、住址信息的GIS数据库,并获得83%队列成员的GIS信息,失访人员比例为9.8%。经过数据录入质量控制及数据清理,建立了医用诊断X射线工作者队列研究数据库,满足队列研究终生累积剂量估算和辐射致癌危险模型分析的条件,并可以采用空间流行病学技术分析显示研究数据。
This study intends to use computer database and geographic information system (GIS) technology to establish Jiangsu Province, the fifth medical X-ray workers tumor epidemiological survey follow-up database. The method ensures the quality of data input through double entry and CHECK program, and imports into a standalone Access database management system to establish a database of medical diagnostic X-ray workers cohort. Use general statistical analysis software to complete data cleaning and preliminary analysis. It is planned to use GIS to carry out spatial epidemiological analysis of the surveyed subjects. The results show that GIS database consisting of six tables including queue follow-up summary table and GIS database including the work unit and address information of the surveyed objects and GIS information of 83% of the queue members were established, accounting for 9.8% of the missing persons. After data entry quality control and data clean-up, a database of medical diagnostic X-ray workers cohort was established to meet the criteria of life-long cumulative dose estimation and radiation carcinogenic risk model analysis of cohort studies. Data from spatial epidemiological analysis can be used to display the research data.
