随着社会的进步和经济的发展,人力资源作为企业最宝贵的资源,在企业经营管理中所起的作用越来越大。作为国民经济支柱的国有企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,就必须要重视人力资源管理。当前,受传统经济体制的影响,国有企业在一定程度上仍然存在着人力资源管理理念落后、选聘机制与市场经济体制不相适应、对培训重视程度不够等问题。本文对国有企业人力资源管理存在的问题进行了分析并给出了对策。
With the social progress and economic development, human resources, as the most valuable resource for an enterprise, play an increasingly important role in the operation and management of an enterprise. In order to survive and develop in the fierce market competition, state-owned enterprises, the backbone of the national economy, must pay attention to human resources management. At present, under the influence of the traditional economic system, to a certain extent, state-owned enterprises still face the problems of backward human resources management concepts, incompatible selection and selection mechanisms with the market economy system, and insufficient emphasis on training. This paper analyzes the existing problems of human resource management in state-owned enterprises and gives some countermeasures.
